Job Description :
  • Determines annual unit by implementing marketing strategies
  • Analyzing trends and results of sales
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Issue guidelines for commitments to be made to customers
  • Contract review and resolve the deviation if any before accepting the order
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Communicate all customer requirements to concerned departments
  • Interaction with customer
  • Depute service personnel to various sites to attend customer complaints
  • Close interface with customer
  • Order execution support to Works
  • Packing & dispatch clearance of final products
